1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SF Spot Swap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use SF Spot Swap for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials;
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose;
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on SF Spot Swap;
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

3. User Contributions

SF Spot Swap may contain message boards, chat rooms, personal profiles, forums, and other interactive features that allow users to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit content or materials. All User Contributions must comply with the Content Standards set out in these Terms of Service.

By providing any User Contribution on SF Spot Swap, you grant us and our affiliates and service providers, and each of their and our respective licensees, successors, and assigns the right to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute, and otherwise disclose to third parties any such material.

4. Content Standards

User Contributions must not:

  • Contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Promote sexually explicit or pornographic material, violence, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
  • Infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property or other rights of any other person.
  • Violate the legal rights (including the rights of publicity and privacy) of others or contain any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable laws or regulations.
  • Be likely to deceive any person.
  • Promote any illegal activity, or advocate, promote, or assist any unlawful act.

5. Disclaimer

The materials on SF Spot Swap are provided on an 'as is' basis. SF Spot Swap makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

6. Limitations

In no event shall SF Spot Swap or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SF Spot Swap, even if SF Spot Swap or a SF Spot Swap authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.
